BOOKING POLICY
MUST READ !! When you book you check that you have read and understood this policy.
Thank you for inquiring about Bodied Dolls! Here you will find requirements for booking. If you have any further questions please utilize number (317) 721-3697 and allow me 24 hours to answer.
All booking/cancelling/rescheduling must be done through site only. Appointments cannot be changed via text. Only exceptions are if you prebook next appointment in person.
Booking deposit:
Deposit is required at time of booking and is 25% of service. If you are booking with a payment plan, please disregard deposit. This deposit holds your appointment and in the case of a missed appointment that is not properly cancelled or rescheduled, deposit will be forfeited. In the case that provider cancels appointment that does not fall within same proper protocols, your deposit will be returned or used for rescheduled appointment if Doll wishes.
Package Expirations: Each package has an expiration date based on the amount of services in that package. Please make sure you review your expiration date prior to purchasing. The expiration date starts on the day of your first appointment, not at time of purchase. Any sessions still available past expiration date will be forfeited with no money return. I will not provide reminders to when your package expiration date is coming up.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are required to be done through site 24 hours prior to booking. In the case that you do not cancel properly you will be charged 50% of service. Cancelling 24 hours or more prior allows you to reschedule without a charge and using same deposit. Rescheduling must be done at time of cancellation and not in the future. If you would like to avoid the session being forfeited as a package member and no longer in that 24 hour window, you have the option to pay 50% of individual service pricing of the service you were going to receive in order to keep it onto your package.
All packages are nonrefundable. In the event your surgery is canceled, It will be applied as a credit for other services or forfeited if you do not wish to use credits.
Package users: You are allowed to reschedule a session one time prior to 24 hours. Less than 24 hours please review cancellation policy on how to handle your individual appointment.
Late Policy:
All clients are given a 15 minute grace period to arrive for appointment as I understand things do happen. 15 minutes does apply to provider as well in case of instances of a previous appointment or travel running over. If you are longer than 15 minutes late service provider has discretion to cancel appointment. if provider chooses to still hold appointment you will only have remainder time of what your appointment block allowed. No call no showing results in permanent booking ban. being 15 min+ late and appointment needing to be cancelled falls under cancelling without proper notice policy and will require 50% charge.
Package users: You are awarded the same 15 minute grace period. In the event you are past the 15 minute mark and I am no longer able to provide services you are at risk of forfeiting that session out of your package or 50% individual charge.
Privacy & Safety
Due to the world privacy and safety is very important to me! Zero unauthorized people or animals are allowed to come to appointments. Those who have someone driving them the individual will need to wait outside of shop. I can personally assist you with taking garments on and off if needed. If you show up with an unwarranted guest you will be turned away and considered a last minute cancellation. The only exception to this is if your guest is receiving paid services as well. Outside of this, no exceptions.
Payment Methods
Deposits must be provided at time of booking otherwise I accept Cash, Zelle, Paypal, Credit/Debit cards, and Apple pay for remainder of service. Please keep this advised prior to coming as you willl not be allowed to leave and go get the money after service to bring back.
