BOOKING POLICY
MUST READ !! When you book you check that you have read and understood this policy.
Thank you for inquiring about Bodied Dolls! Here you will find requirements for booking. If you have any further questions please utilize socials/number (317) 721-3697 and allow me 24 hours to answer.
I like to keep this an open and flexible atmosphere with respect for provider and client therefore I have set a few requirements to ensure it goes smooth for the both of us.
THE BEST WAY TO BOOK IS THROUGH THE BOOKING SITE. I will no longer accept appointments via text.
Booking deposit:
Deposit is required at time of booking and is around 25% of service. If you are booking with a payment plan, please disregard deposit. This deposit holds your appointment and in the case of a missed appointment that is not properly cancelled or rescheduled, deposit will be forfeited. In the case that provider cancels appointment that does not fall within same proper protocols, your deposit will be returned or used for rescheduled appointment.
Package Expirations: Each package has an expiration date based on the amount of services in that package. Please make sure you review your expiration date prior to purchasing. The expiration date does not start until the day of your first appointment, not at time of purchase. Any sessions still available past expiration date will be forfeited with no money return. I will not provide reminders to when your package expiration date is coming up.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are required to be notified 24 hours prior to service. In the case that you do not cancel properly you will be charged 50% of service. Both of our time is valuable and must be respected. Cancelling 24 hours or more prior allows you to reschedule without a charge and using same deposit or avoid further charging. Rescheduling must be done at time of cancellation and not in the future.
Package users: You are allowed to reschedule a session one time prior to 24 hours. Less than 24 hours you run the risk of forfeiting that session out of your package.
Late Policy:
All clients are given a 15 minute grace period to arrive for appointment as I understand things do happen. If you are going to be late please message to give me a heads up. In the event you are going to be late past that there will be a $15 late fee if services are still able to be provided. If you are past the late time and I can no longer provide services to you that day based on time you will forfeit deposit and must pay a new one for rescheduling purposes.
Package users: You are awarded the same 15 minute grace period. In the event you are past the 15 minute mark and I am no longer able to provide services you are at risk of forfeiting that session out of your package.
Privacy & Safety
Due to the world privacy and safety is very important to me! Zero unauthorized guests are allowed to come to appointments. Post-op patients commonly have a driver or guest so In the case you want or need to bring somebody, please message me prior to service and authorize it with me first. If you show up with an unwarranted guest you will be turned away or they will have to wait outside. There are no exceptions please respect this for the safety of both of us. The shop door remains locked at all times please message me upon arrival if needed.
Payment Methods
Deposits must be provided at time of booking otherwise I accept Cash, Zelle, Paypal, Credit/Debit cards, and Apple pay for remainder of service. Please keep this advised prior to coming as you willl not be allowed to leave and go get the money after service to bring back.
